Ethiopia Chapter of African Women Leadership Network launched

Ethiopia Chapter of the African Women Leadership Network (AWLN) was launched today in the presence of Ethiopian President Sahlework Zewdie, UN Deputy Secretary-General Amina J. Mohammed, UN Women Executive Director Dr. Phumzile Mlambo-Ngcuka and Ethiopian women government officials.

African Women Leadership Network is a ground-breaking movement of African women leaders that aims to enhance the leadership of women in the transformation of Africa, in line with Africa’s Agenda 2063 and the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development.
